The support staff was friendly. I got out of shower to discover hair dryer not working. Maintained did show in timely manner but did not replace dryer. He let me go to room next door to dry hair. Once I returned for the day, I expected my room to be cleaned and dryer replaced. Neither happened. No refrigerator in room unusual for a hotel this size. It was quiet and eating places close by.
The Hotel itself was very nice, clean. The water drains slowly and the curtain were not able to be closed all the way since they came of the rod. The service staff was not very friendly. Also the price of breakfast for what one got was not worth eating there. For such a large place there was no lounge area to sit and read outside of the room. The Gardner in front of the building when I left was the only one that went out of his way to be kind and friendly. I guess with tough economic times amenities are in short supply. Even water was charged for.
Above all, the staff was excellent from front desk to housekeeping! Maintenance issues are my biggest concern. Broken safety latch in one of our rooms. More attention to paint and high traffic areas such as vacuum needs. No refrigerator or microwave was a negative as we stayed two nights. Your "no smoking within 100' of building " is not observed. Exercise room was adequate for our needs. Will consider other options next time we are in need.
Clean hotel in nice and quiet location. Friendly people.

The water wasn’t hot, one of the bed was sunked in the middle, the toilet was little it will definitely be bad for anybody that has knee problems and had to pay for parking, $10.00 dollars a night. I wouldn’t recommend my family or friends to stay there.
I would recommend this hotel to others who are planning a stay in Jeff city.
towels are see thru and postage stamp size. Bathroom had been worked on and left incomplete. Hotel allows a third party booking company to intercept calls when attempting to book. Lobby did not have coffee in the morning. Billed for parking that was not explained prior to checkin. I won't be back.
Enjoyed eating there and the employees were pleasant.
